An extremely gentle experience, during which you may remain fully clothed, if you wish. Reiki heals the body's subtle energy fields and balances chakras and energy centers with Universal healing energy. May be combined with essential oils to heighten Reiki's healing effects. A Reiki treatment generally runs about an hour, but due to the nature of this work, the session may run a bit longer or shorter.
